Terms & Conditions
Payment:
• The early Bird fee of 1350€ is applicable until May 15th, after which the original price of 1475€ will be in effect. The deposit required to secure a space is 675€ until May 15th and 740€ thereafter. By paying the deposit, you are committing to paying the full amount of 1350€ no later than July 1st. Failure to submit the full payment by the specified date may result in the forfeiture of your reserved space, and the deposit will remain non-refundable past May 15th.
General:
• The Participant agrees to uphold the duty of care for the premises and all equipment utilized during the course, and assumes responsibility for the safekeeping of their personal belongings and valuables.
• Participants are accountable for arranging their own transportation to and from the venue.
• It is strongly recommended that Participants procure their own Travel, Cancellation, and Medical Insurance.
Cancellation:
• In the event of a course cancellation by the Organisers, a full refund of the Deposit and Fees paid will be issued.
• The deposit of €675 is non-refundable after May 15th. Note: After July 1st, none of the fees will be refunded.
• Participants must request cancellation in writing by emailing beyondvocalsuk@gmail.com.
Limitation of Liability:
• The Organisers shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riots, civil commotions, strikes, fires, machinery breakdowns, transport interruptions, governmental actions or restrictions, or any other cause beyond the Organiser’s control.
