Terms & Conditions

Payment:

The early Bird fee of €1475 is applicable until March 15th, after which the original price of €1600 will be in effect. The deposit required to secure a space is €737.50 before the March 15th. The remaining amount of €737.50 is due no later than June 1st.. By paying the deposit, you are committing to paying the full amount of €1475 no later than June 1st. Failure to submit the full payment by the specified date may result in the forfeiture of your reserved space, and the deposit will remain non-refundable past March the 15th.

The participant understands that the fee required is for the course only and does not include accommodation or food.

General:

• The Participant agrees to uphold the duty of care for the premises and all equipment utilized during the course and assumes responsibility for the safekeeping of their personal belongings and valuables.

• Participants are accountable for arranging their own transportation to and from the venue.

• It is strongly recommended that Participants procure their own Travel, Cancellation, and Medical Insurance.

Cancellation:

• In the event of a course cancellation by the Organisers, a full refund of the Deposit and Fees paid will be issued.

• The deposit of €737.50 is non-refundable after March 15th. Note: After June 1st, none of the fees will be refunded. 

• Participants must request cancellation in writing by emailing beyondvocalsuk@gmail.com.

Limitation of Liability:

• The Organisers shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riots, civil commotions, strikes, fires, machinery breakdowns, transport interruptions, governmental actions or restrictions, or any other cause beyond the Organiser’s control.
